Basically the entire OpenSpace-Online® conference system is designed in a way that makes it possible for people with a "standard" computer system and a stable Internet connection to participate synchronously. However, since this real-time conference takes place over a network (Internet, Extranet, Intranet), a number of contingencies, which could affect the participation in a troublesome way, might exist. These contingencies may include a general network overload, a slow and/or a not stable functioning internet connection (as e.g. mobile Internet connections), a wrongful entry of the User-ID and/or secret code, the simultaneous use of one or more resource-intensive applications during a ongoing conference, or similar occurrences.
